The traveling exhibition “What Should I Wear? Lower Franconia Between Trends and Tradition” by the Lower Franconian Cultural Foundation explores forms of textile expression past and present. Starting Friday, June 12, 2026, the exhibition will be on display at Marktplatz 20 in Gerolzhofen (97447 Schweinfurt). It begins at 9:00 a.m. The exhibition highlights the clothing people in Lower Franconia wore and wear today, and the messages conveyed through it. In addition to historical exhibits, regional fashion designers will also present their work. The exhibition encourages visitors to reflect on their own consumption habits and the topic of sustainability. Admission is €3.50 for adults, €3.00 for seniors and students, and €2.00 for schoolchildren. Children under six years of age are admitted free of charge. Opening hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and on Sundays and holidays from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
