The traveling exhibition “WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Lower Franconia Between Trends and Tradition” by the Lower Franconian Cultural Foundation explores forms of textile expression in the past and present. Starting Friday, June 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., the exhibition at Marktplatz 20 in Gerolzhofen (97447 Schweinfurt) will explore what people in the region wore and wear today. Historical exhibits and works by regional fashion designers showcase fashion trends as well as the history of clothing. The exhibition encourages visitors to reflect on their own preferences, attitudes, and the topic of sustainability. Clothing is presented as a means of communication for identity, prosperity, and belonging.
