The traveling exhibition “WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Lower Franconia Between Trends and Tradition” by the Lower Franconian Cultural Foundation explores forms of expression through textiles, both past and present. It examines the clothing people in Lower Franconia wore and continue to wear, and the role that identity, status, and sustainability play in this context. On display are historical artifacts as well as works by regional fashion designers. The exhibition opens on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Gerolzhofen, Marktplatz 20, 97447 Schweinfurt. Admission is 3.50 euros for adults, 3.00 euros (reduced rate) for seniors and students, and 2.00 euros for schoolchildren. Children six and under are admitted free of charge. Opening hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and on Sundays and holidays from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
