The town square in Gerolzhofen is set to undergo a comprehensive renovation and redesign. The first steps in this process are scheduled to begin as early as the end of May.
But even with construction work getting underway, visitors won’t have to miss out on a cherished tradition: The popular “Brunnenschoppen” will simply be repurposed as a “Baustellenschoppen.” The tried-and-true concept remains unchanged: Almost every Thursday starting at 6 p.m., different winemakers from the Steigerwald Wine Region will be serving their wines at the Gerolzhofen Tourist Information Center. From 7 to 9 p.m., live music will set the right mood and invite guests to linger. This way, guests can enjoy regional wines in a special atmosphere throughout the summer, likely until mid-September. A real highlight for wine lovers and anyone who appreciates a convivial evening.
Market Square Fountain—This Thursday, the Zinner Winery from Mönchstockheim will be serving its wines. That’s It will provide the musical entertainment. Handmade Music Multitasking—All LIVE! Since 2020, they’ve been presenting their unique concept featuring multitasking on instruments and harmonized vocals, with German, English, and Spanish cover songs from the past 60 years. In addition to mellow and rock-style ballads and classics, their repertoire also includes songs outside the mainstream—songs you wouldn’t expect from a lineup like this.
