In the mixed-media workshop “Galaxy Bookmarks,” participants will create two unique bookmarks on watercolor paper. Using the wet-on-wet technique, they’ll first create vibrant color gradients and textures. White splatters and subtle accents created with acrylic markers complement the areas of color to form starry skies. Watercolor artist and urban sketcher Anja Wagenbret guides participants step by step. No prior experience is required, and all necessary materials are provided.
The workshop will take place on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the KunstQuartier Schweinfurt, Rückertstraße 24, 97421 Schweinfurt. Participation costs 40 euros, including materials. Registration is required and can be done directly with Anja Wagenbret via email or through the KunstQuartier website. At the end of the workshop, participants will take home the two bookmarks they created themselves.
