On Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., a herb workshop on edible flowers will take place in Oberschwarzach, Handthal 56, 97516 Schweinfurt. Led by herbalist Gerlinde Rößner, participants will learn about a selection of edible wild and garden flowers and discover how to use them in salads, beverages, and other dishes. The participation fee is 24 euros per person. Please bring an apron, writing materials, and containers for any leftovers from the prepared dishes. Registration is required by July 21, 2026.
