On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., the KAB Women’s Dinner, titled “Old Times – Old Roses,” will take place at the Christkönig Parish Center, located at Albert-Schweitzer-Straße 1 in Schweinfurt. At this educational event organized by the KAB Bildungswerk, speaker Christine Bender will present historical roses. The session will cover old rose varieties, their care, their use in the garden, and how to prepare rose-based delicacies in the kitchen. The educational event itself is free of charge. The local chapter charges a fee of 13 euros for the meal and tastings; KAB members receive a 1-euro discount.
