The curator-led tour with Maren Jensen, M.A., offers in-depth insights into the exhibition “Conrad Westpfahl and Sigrid Kopfermann—Dynamics and Color.” The focus is on the curatorial perspective on the dialogic juxtaposition of the two positions within German Informel.
The tour explores the conceptual considerations behind the selection of the works and examines how the distinct abstract visual languages of Conrad Westpfahl and Sigrid Kopfermann relate to one another within the exhibition space. In doing so, it highlights both art-historical contexts and the individual artistic developments of each artist.
The tour invites visitors to rediscover the exhibition from a curatorial perspective and to explore in greater depth the dynamics between color, gesture, and perception.
