On Saturday, September 26, 2026, Schweinfurt will host the Night of Culture. This long-standing event organized by the KulturPakt offers a wide-ranging program starting at 7:30 p.m. at twelve different venues in the city center. A central meeting point is City Hall at Markt 1.
With a single admission wristband, visitors gain access to all program events. The program ranges from comedy, cabaret, and theater to poetry slams, readings, and art exhibitions. The musical lineup is also highly diverse, covering genres from classical to blues to rock. In addition to nationally renowned artists, the lineup features primarily local cultural artists. This year’s venues around Martin-Luther-Platz include, among others, St. John’s Church, the Old Gymnasium, the State Statistical Office, and the Collibri bookstore. A free shuttle service featuring historic vehicles provided by the Gochsheim Classic Car Club connects the various venues.
