An evening walking tour will take place on Friday, July 17, 2026, through the southern part of Schweinfurt’s Old Town. The tour begins at 7:00 p.m. at the Rückert Monument on the market square (Markt 12) and lasts until 9:00 p.m. On the way through the historic alleys, participants will see various sights and the city’s striking Renaissance buildings, bathed in the light of the low evening sun. During the two-hour walk, the tour guide will share interesting facts about the history and architectural features of the sites visited in Schweinfurt. The walk offers the opportunity to explore the Old Town in the evening light.
