On Sunday, September 20, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m., the Sustainable Mobility Showcase Sunday will take place on Schweinfurt’s market square. As part of European Mobility Week, regional car dealerships and bicycle retailers will showcase the latest trends and developments in electric mobility and bicycle technology.
Visitors can view various electric cars, e-bikes, and bicycles on site and receive advice from experts. The Local Agenda 2030 and the City of Schweinfurt’s Climate Protection Management team will offer a free bicycle safety check, while the police will engrave bicycles to prevent theft. In addition, Stadtwerke Schweinfurt will provide information on the city’s charging network, rates for electric vehicles, and public transportation, and will have a new electric bus on display for visitors to view.
