Topics include Vikings, Ivan the Terrible, and how a KGB agent got his nickname, “Mr. Hexogen.” The sunflower and its connection to modern colonialism in Europe also feature.
Danziger compares his everyday life as a father with his childhood in the Eastern Bloc, which was shaped by spies and double agents. Anecdotes, historical facts, and everyday subjects such as bees and cats round out the show.
