To mark Anti-War Day, an event will take place on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Disharmonie in Schweinfurt. The highlight of the evening will be a talk by Tobias Pflüger from the Information Center on Militarization (IMI). The DGB Song Group will provide musical entertainment for the evening. The event is a joint initiative of the DGB Schweinfurt District Association and the DFG-VK Schweinfurt. The event at the Kulturwerkstatt is scheduled to end at 9:00 p.m.
