As part of the 2026 BayernTour Natur guided tour in the Schweinfurt Mainbogen, the event “Our Cultural Landscape—A Look at Vegetable Farming in Gochsheim Then and Now” will take place on Sunday, June 21, 2026. Starting at 2:00 p.m., certified tour guides will lead a walking tour through the nature education garden in Gochsheim, located at Am Hetzberg 1, 97469 Schweinfurt. The accessible and family-friendly route is approximately one kilometer long. No prior registration is required to participate. In addition, the summer festival at the Gochsheim Nature Education Garden will take place on the same day, starting at 11:00 a.m. The program features a tractor show, an exhibition on vegetable farming, brass band music, and refreshments.
