In his live multimedia presentation “Chile & Antarktis – Land der Kontraste,” Dr. Heiko Beyer showcases Chile’s diversity: the Altiplano with its lagoons, salt lakes, and volcanoes; Easter Island with its Moai statues; Torres del Paine National Park in Patagonia; and finally, beyond Cape Horn, Antarctica. He accompanies still images, film clips, and drone footage with live commentary. The event is part of the lecture series “Die Welt in Bildern” and begins on Wednesday, March 17, 2027, at 7:30 p.m. at Kulturhalle Grafenrheinfeld, Hermasweg 1a.
