At Disharmonie, Fiona Grond and Luca Zambito explore the possibilities of the piano-and-vocal duo, questioning the traditional division of roles between piano and vocals. The program features original compositions as well as reimagined pieces from different eras and genres. Personal texts and narrative elements shape the music, which ranges from rhythmically playful passages to lyrical and onomatopoeic ones.
Swiss vocalist and composer Fiona Grond released her album „Poesias“ on the ACT Records label in 2023. She has performed with, among others, the Christian Elsässer Jazz Orchestra and the Jazzrausch Big Band, and has received several awards, including the Jazz Prize of the City of Halle.
The concert begins on Wednesday, February 17, 2027, at 7:30 p.m. at Disharmonie, Gutermann-Promenade 7, in Schweinfurt.
