The concert “Josefs Tagebuch” tells the traditional Christmas story from the perspective of Joseph of Nazareth. Diary entries, songs, and visual motifs reflect his view of the events. The musical was composed by Andreas Schmid and Martin Buda; Peter Hofrichter and the band Godspell are involved in the musical production.
The 13 musical pieces range from powerful rock sounds to gentle ballads and also incorporate cello and Irish drumming. Digital and traditionally painted scenes complement the performance. The concert takes place on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 5 p.m. at Pilgerhof Altenmünster, Dörrgasse 1 in 97488 Stadtlauringen.
