The “Schweinfurt in an Hour” guided tour, taking place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, offers a concise overview of the Old Town and the city’s history. The tour begins at 2:00 p.m. at the Schweinfurt 360° Tourist Information Center in City Hall (Markt 1, 97421 Schweinfurt).
The route passes historic landmarks such as the Renaissance City Hall, the townhouses surrounding the market square, and the monument to the poet Friedrich Rückert. The tour will also highlight the city’s oldest church, St. Johannis, and the historic Schrotturm.
