Sven van Thom performs his solo program “Das schönste Lied der Welt und andere Lügen” at Disharmonie, Gutermann-Promenade 7 in Schweinfurt, on Saturday, February 13, 2027, at 7:30 p.m. The singer-songwriter combines personal and socially critical themes with melancholy and humor in his songs. Rolling Stone describes his album “Ins Gras” as “clever, funny, touching pop with an attention to detail.” Van Thom was formerly a member of the band Sofaplanet, which had a Top 10 hit, and has been heard for years with a weekly radio column on radioeins (rbb). Alongside his work as a musician, he composes film music and writes lyrics for stage productions. The concert moves between reflective and comic songs, both musically and thematically.
