On Saturday, September 19, 2026, the Pilgerhof Altenmünster in Schweinfurt invites you to a reading with Joachim Engel. Starting at 7:00 p.m., the former police officer will present Franconian short stories from his well-known “Sebber” series, including excerpts from the books “Der Franke gibt nicht auf” and “Der Franke geht in Rente.”
This time, the program will focus on the theme of romantic relationships. The humorous stories follow the main character, Sebber, through his everyday life and the mishaps that come with it.
Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for the event at Dörrgasse 1. Admission is 8.00 euros. Advance registration is required to attend.
